Job Summary

Providing comprehensive support in the healthcare revenue cycle, the full-time Remote Insurance Collections Specialist will manage client accounts, submit insurance claims, and educate clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, patients, and insurance companies through various communication channels
  • Submit claims to insurance providers and follow through to resolution while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
  • Develop workflows for incoming clients and ensure key performance indicators are met
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or two years of college preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • At least 1 year of experience with medical insurance, coding, or billing in a professional setting
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Completion of assigned training and compliance requirements
