Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Insurance Commercial Lines Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day service, anticipate customer's needs, and respond to client issues/questions in a timely manner
- Complete account reviews
- Assist the producer in making decisions on account updates and coverages
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Maintain CA P&C license
- Experience using agency management system and carrier rating systems
- Minimum 3-5 years of prior insurance industry experience
- Communication, negotiation, and math skills using Excel, Word, and Outlook programs, required
