Job Summary
A not-for-profit organization is in need of a Remote Insurance Compliance and Quality Assurance Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with review and processing of Non-download new, renewal and endorsed business applications
- Processing incoming mail and lead distribution from various channels and systems
- Updating and processing pre-month-end new business EPIC coding and maintenance
Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience in the Insurance industry
- Personal lines license preferred
