Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Compliance Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Researching questions and issues relating to employee benefits and human resources
  • Reading legislative updates and articles daily and providing updates to the Director of Compliance
  • Assisting the Director of Compliance in completion of compliance/risk assessment for clients

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years employee benefits and/or human resources compliance related experience
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations on human resources and employee benefits
  • Detail oriented
  • Organized
  • Self-motivated
