Job Summary
A leader in consumer insights, data, analytics, and advisory services has an open position for a Remote Insurance Consumer Insights Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze survey data to find insights to help clients improve customer satisfaction
- Support the authoring of reports, presentations, and conference content
- Perform ad-hoc analysis for industry or specific clients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of survey and/or market research in telecom, utilities, financial services, and/or insurance industries
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong data analytic skills
- Articulate study findings in a clear and concise manner
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
