Job Summary
A market research and information services company providing consumer insights, data, analytics, and advisory services is filling a position for a Remote Insurance Consumer Insights Senior Principal.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of analysts and manage operational objectives, work plans, and assignments
- Analyze and interpret survey data for highly complex syndicated studies to find insights to help clients improve customer satisfaction
- Design, produce, and customize the authoring of reports, presentations, and conference content that focuses on actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 12+ years of survey and/or market research experience in telecom, utilities, financial services, and/or insurance industries
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Intermediate or advanced level of knowledge in statistics and data analysis (descriptive statistics)
- Demonstrated experience using SPSS (or similar statistical software)
- Proven strong data analytic skills with ability to analyze survey data, interpret survey results, and deliver insights
- Ability to articulate study findings in a clear and concise manner
