An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Insurance Contact Center Representative I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Collecting and analyzing information from members to determine eligibility
  • Approving or communicating the resolution to members within guidelines
  • Recommending changes to internal forms and procedures

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • A minimum 1-2 years’ experience, or the equivalent combination of education/experience
