Remote Insurance Contracts Lead Analyst

Job Summary

A large mutual life insurance company has an open position for a Remote Insurance Contracts Lead Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Being accountable for the production of high quality, accurate and compliant insurance documents and related materials
• Researching, interpreting and responding to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding highly technical product and case-specific issues
• Evaluating and generating compliant documents and related materials for Group Benefit Solutions Operations

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of effectively and independently prioritizing multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines and department metrics
• BA degree or 5+years of relevant work experience in Contracts, Compliance or Marketing/Communications
• Knowledge of group products
• Strong PC skills and technical aptitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
