Job Summary
A large mutual life insurance company has an open position for a Remote Insurance Contracts Lead Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being accountable for the production of high quality, accurate and compliant insurance documents and related materials
- Researching, interpreting and responding to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding highly technical product and case-specific issues
- Evaluating and generating compliant documents and related materials for Group Benefit Solutions Operations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of effectively and independently prioritizing multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines and department metrics
- BA degree or 5+years of relevant work experience in Contracts, Compliance or Marketing/Communications
- Knowledge of group products
- Strong PC skills and technical aptitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
