Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Customer Account Representative in Columbia.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing insurance services to policyholders assigned to Marketing
- Performing immediate processing and completion of most changes
- Making outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective customers to solicit, sell and service insurance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Takes field trips as requested
- Several years experience working with multiple lines of insurance
- Must have superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance agent license in each of Shelter's operating states
- Ability to analyze risks, exercise judgment and make decisions with speed
- Must have excellent computer skills
