An insurance coverage provider has an open position for a Remote Insurance Customer Care Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:

- Ensure we remain the preferred choice for employers, insurance agents, and brokers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work in multiple administrative systems to locate information, investigate and resolve questions
- Basic knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and email tools
- Ability to protect both customer and business information
- Ability to express verbal and written information clearly and professionally
