Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Insurance Customer Care Representative I in Colorado Springs.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing external and internal customers with requested information
• Developing and maintaining positive customer relations
• Using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting

Required Skills:

• Up to 1 year of previous experience in an automated customer service environment
• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent
• Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
