Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Insurance Customer Care Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling in-bound calls from our customers
- Listening to our customers’ concerns and showing empathy while resolving their issues
- Participating in special projects, assuming new responsibilities and adjusting priorities
