Job Summary
A provider of customer engagement services has an open position for a Remote Insurance Customer Service and Sales Representative.
Must be able to:
- Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products
- Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales
- Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High speed internet access (>15 mbps)
- Tenacity to be learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate
- Ability to pass the state licensing exam
- Ability to maintain and follow strict personal privacy for customer information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
