Job Summary

An indemnity company is seeking a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review policy information and references company specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims
  • Contact policyholders from the agencies existing book of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls
  • Recognize cross sell opportunitiesand obtain quote information

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment
  • Property and Casualty insurance license required
  • Good communication skills
