Job Summary
An indemnity company is seeking a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review policy information and references company specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims
- Contact policyholders from the agencies existing book of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls
- Recognize cross sell opportunitiesand obtain quote information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment
- Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Good communication skills
