Job Summary

A multi-national insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews while also offering additional products
  • Working with personal auto customers or small business owners with commercial auto policies

Required Skills:

  • Two years of post-secondary education or higher
  • Instead of the above, two years of relevant work experience
  • Can multitask, have customer service experience, and can navigate through multiple computer systems
  • Have a designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
