Job Summary
A multi-national insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative in Gainesville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking inbound calls, you’ll answer questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues & general policy reviews
- Working with personal auto customers, homeowners, or small business owners with commercial auto policies
Position Requirements Include:
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher
- Instead of the above, two years of relevant work experience
- If not licensed, some positions will require obtaining a Property & Casualty license during training
- Successful candidates can multitask, have customer service experience, and can navigate through multiple computer systems
