Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Customer Service Rep II.

Must be able to:

  • Perform a variety of customer service functions within the Enterprise Contact Center for insureds, agents, and claimants
  • Coordinate first notice of loss processing of claims and/or processing payments, billing inquiries, and cancellations agreements
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers on behalf of the company in a customer centric manner

Position Requirements Include:

  • Associates Degree or Technical or specialized knowledge or equivalent, related experience
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Demonstrated considerable knowledge of the general and technical parts of the job
  • Ability to apply guidelines and procedures that require some interpretation in dealing with exceptions
  • Ability to apply knowledge to help solve moderately complex problems requiring independent thinking with direction
  • Ability to contact other departments and or external organizations or parties frequently
