Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Customer Service Rep II.
Must be able to:
- Perform a variety of customer service functions within the Enterprise Contact Center for insureds, agents, and claimants
- Coordinate first notice of loss processing of claims and/or processing payments, billing inquiries, and cancellations agreements
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers on behalf of the company in a customer centric manner
Position Requirements Include:
- Associates Degree or Technical or specialized knowledge or equivalent, related experience
- 1-3 years of experience
- Demonstrated considerable knowledge of the general and technical parts of the job
- Ability to apply guidelines and procedures that require some interpretation in dealing with exceptions
- Ability to apply knowledge to help solve moderately complex problems requiring independent thinking with direction
- Ability to contact other departments and or external organizations or parties frequently
