A licensed insurance broker needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative in Buffalo.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Quote new business; process, maintain, and prepare new business and renewal accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, text, emails
- Handle routine account service activities including billing, cancellations, etc
