A multi-national insurance company is in need of a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative in Fort Wayne.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking inbound calls, you’ll answer questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews
- Working with personal auto customers, homeowners, or small business owners with commercial auto policies
Position Requirements Include:
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher
- Instead of the above, two years of relevant work experience
- Homeowners insurance roles only: Property & Casualty license
