Job Summary

A risk management company is in need of a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative in Fort Worth.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Take inbound calls and makes outbound calls as needed
• Analyze client and provider inquiries to determine appropriate steps for resolution
• Perform review of claim history to ensure accurate information is communicated to internal and external customers

Qualifications Include:

• Prior knowledge of inpatient and outpatient hospital revenue cycle required
• Contract interpretation, medical terminology and coding knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
