Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative in Houston.
Must be able to:
- Handle a high volume of phone calls from Agents and customers
- Perform pre-underwriting Insurance screening
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain customer relations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Two years inbound call center experience
- 1-year work-from-home call center experience
- High level accuracy with data entry
- Ability to communicate difficult news
- Flexibility to work during call center hours
