Job Summary
A multi-national insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative in Lancaster.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Taking inbound calls
- Answering questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews while also offering additional products
- Working with personal auto customers, homeowners, or small business owners with commercial auto policies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher
- Or two years of relevant work experience
- Remote office internet connection via DSL or Cable Modem with minimum speed of 10mbps down and 1mbps up
- Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
