A contact center has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative in Reno.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting customer needs
- Assisting customers with insurance products
- Providing information on additional products
Qualifications for this position include:
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher
- Instead of the above, two years of relevant work experience
- Remote office internet connection via DSL or Cable Modem
- Minimum speed of 10mbps down and 1mbps up
- Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
- Must live in the state of Nevada
