A contact center has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative in Reno.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting customer needs
• Assisting customers with insurance products
• Providing information on additional products

Qualifications for this position include:

• Two years of post-secondary education or higher
• Instead of the above, two years of relevant work experience
• Remote office internet connection via DSL or Cable Modem
• Minimum speed of 10mbps down and 1mbps up
• Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
• Must live in the state of Nevada
