A multi-national insurance company has an open position for a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative in Scranton.

Must be able to:

  • Take inbound calls
  • Answer questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews
  • Navigate through multiple computer systems

Qualifications Include:

  • Two years of post-secondary education or higher or two years of relevant work experience
  • If not licensed, some positions will require obtaining a Property & Casualty license during training
  • Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
