A multi-national insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative in Tuscaloosa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking inbound calls
- Answering questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher
- Instead of the above, two years of relevant work experience
- Ability to start training in January
