A technology company that develops a cloud-based RFP is seeking a Remote Insurance Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of brokers
  • Develop relationships with influential users in a broker and carrier organization
  • Advocate the needs of customers to leaders in different departments

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of customer success, client services, or consulting experience at a benefits brokerage firm
  • Passionate about helping clients and client success
  • Ability to drive action and change by using data to build scalable solutions
  • Comfortable communicating clearly and concisely
