Job Summary
A multi-national insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Defense Attorney in the Duval County Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Preparing pleadings, discovery, and necessary court documents
- Attending court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Obtaining and analyzing written discovery, depositions and medical records
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel in and around Duval County, Florida
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Florida
- 3+ years experience in auto defense litigation or plaintiff’s personal injury
- Ability to identify risk, review and assess medical records
- Ability to conduct legal research
