Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the part-time Remote Insurance Defense Paralegal will manage client communications, conduct legal research using AI tools, and track active insurance claims while working flexibly during Pacific Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume email inbox and prioritize communications for timely responses
• Conduct legal research and monitor AI-related workflows within an insurance claims environment
• Track and maintain accurate records for approximately 140 active insurance claims

Required Qualifications

• Paralegal experience or equivalent legal industry background
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written communication abilities
• Experience conducting legal research
• Comfortable learning and utilizing AI-powered legal tools
