Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Edits Configuration Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Becoming the subject matter expert for edits configuration within Claims operations
- Developing foundational processes for our scaling operations
- Running and bringing technical and operational improvements to claims processes
Qualifications Include:
- A bachelor's degree or commensurate 4+ years of operating experience
- 5+ years experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering or consulting
- 5+ years of experience manipulating and analyzing large datasets
- Experience developing project plans coordinating with all partners
- Experience designing workflows and standing up accompanying operating and technical procedures
