• Making a high volume of outbound telephone calls, imaging documents, and completing data entry
• Using tools to research telephone numbers and addresses
• Applying Coordination of Benefit Rules and establishing Order of Benefits

Qualifications for this position include:

• Minimum high school diploma along with 1 year previous experience in a revelvant field
• Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
• Typing skills of a minimum of 45 wpm
• An energetic and friendly telephone demeanor
• Strong writing abilities to capture details in a concise yet complete manner
• The ability to ask questions to uncover the information needed
