Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Insurance Eligibility Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Complete processing of new leaves and complete all daily follow-ups assigned
- Determine eligibility and availability of leave time for each employee requesting leave
- Determine and generate appropriate communications to comply with FMLA and State regulations
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Schedule for this role is 8-5EST, Monday – Friday
- Demonstrate research and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Action oriented, results driven and a team player
- Possess an innovative mindset and is adaptable to change
