Job Summary
A global company providing healthcare, life insurance, accident insurance, and Medicaid and Medicare services has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Express Scripts Health Plan Division Clinical Strategy and Account Management Managing Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop strategies/initiatives that will facilitate client loyalty, ensure retention and growth targets are met and support account strategy
- Ensure effective clinical solutions and strategies are supported within the internal enterprise
- Partner with HPD clients, drive/create formulary strategy impacting revenues and clinical programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 12-16 years relevant experience with 10+ years of relevant experience in account management and sales
- Extensive experience managing client relationships; previous supervisory experience managing leaders and individual contributors
- Focus on excellent quality and customer service
- Demonstrated ability to motivate people and teams while raising performance levels year over year
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must
- Bachelor's degree required. PharmD or RPh required
