Job Summary
A large mutual life insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Insurance Group Operating Effectiveness Business Project Advisor Senior Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving business process and business analysis objectives set by the program
- Leading analytical activities for GOE or components of a larger project
- Assessing impact and implications from a cost, efficiency, contractual, etc standpoint
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of progressive business analysis experience
- 5-7 years of relevant related business operational or project work experience
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall based projects
- Experience with BPM methodologies
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement techniques
