Job Summary
A major financial and banking institution is seeking a Remote Insurance Industry Certified Underwriter Senior Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Underwriting complete product offerings
- Underwriting pre underwritten conventional first mortgages prepared by a Junior Underwriter
- Utilizing your knowledge and experience to serve as an advisor for junior members of the department
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 or more years underwriting conventional and government loans
- Direct Endorsement Certification required
- Experience using Automated Underwriting Systems
- Experienced as Delegated Underwriter with all approved MI companies
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
