An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Insurance Industry Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building trust by understanding the unique needs of our customers
- Resolving those needs effectively and efficiently
- Helping customers with insurance needs like adding/deleting vehicles and drivers from policies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- One or more years of college education or relevant work experience
- Experience with customer service, sales and/or influencing others
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Must live within 60 miles of Las Vegas, NV
