Job Summary
A homeowners insurance provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Insurance Industry Customer Success Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Hiring, coaching, and leading the Openly customer success organization
- Creating a new Customer Experience organization
- Leading the organization to consistently meet and exceed its efficiency metrics
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of customer success or CX experience
- 5+ years of customer experience leadership with increasing responsibility.
- A strong record of developing CX talent and maximizing organizational capabilities
- The ability to coach and lead a remote, diverse workforce
- Track record of strategic planning and budgeting
