Job Summary
A health insurance agency has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Industry Licensing and Carrier Appointments Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the Licensing and Appointment team day to day operations
- Interacting with carrier partners to facilitate appointments and work through issues
- Defining, collecting, and measuring key metrics and report to leadership
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of team building / leadership
- 5+ years of experience in Licensing and Appointments with a producer or carrier
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment that is heavily data-driven
- A strong problem-solving track record
- Flexible in a dynamically changing environment
