Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Insurance Industry Platform Support Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide daily phone support for platform end users
- Work with both employees and vendors to resolve technical problems
- Record problem systems
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems
- 5 yrs in an IT related support role
- Flexibility to work overtime
