A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Insurance Industry Platform Support Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide daily phone support for platform end users
  • Work with both employees and vendors to resolve technical problems
  • Record problem systems

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems
  • 5 yrs in an IT related support role
  • Flexibility to work overtime
