An insurance company is in need of a Remote Insurance Industry SEC Reporting Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining the financial reporting function
• Coordinating all internal financial reporting
• Compiling financial statements

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Active CPA with 5 yrs technical accounting experience
• 1 yr experience with a public company
• Excellent knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Ability to interpret complex technical guidance
• Strong project management skills
• Strong communication skills
