Job Summary
An indemnity company is seeking a Remote Insurance Inside Sales Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Connecting with customers via email, text, and chat, to discuss home insurance options and quotes
- Taking inbound calls and make outbound dials from and to qualified leads
- Following up with all outstanding potential customers to answer their questions, address concerns, and sell the policy
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with different sales tools and CRM's
