Job Summary

A company that specializes in premium audit services, inspection surveys, high value residential surveys, and loss control consulting solutions has an open position for a Telework  Insurance Inspector in Beaumont.

Must be able to:

  • Write reports that assist in the underwriting of an insurance policy
  • Conduct an interview, survey/inspect the premises, identify hazards/controls, take digital photographs, and make recommendations to improve risk
  • Measure buildings, calculate square footage, and produce diagrams

Required Skills:

  • Access to a cell phone, digital camera, and a measuring wheel
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • A PC with an image/document scanner and high speed internet
  • Relevant experience would include: Commercial Lines Property/Casualty Loss Control; Commercial Lines Property/Casualty Claims Adjuster; Commercial insurance inspections; Commercial Lines Property/Casualty underwriting; and/or Fire and Life Safety investigations/inspections
