Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Insurance Learning and Performance Solutions Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Understand the business strategy, goals and plans
- Analyze business area or project/program performance indicators
- Use a variety of performance and learning strategies
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or financial disciplines or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in consulting with human performance improvement solutions
- Possess a thorough understanding of the principles
- Proven ability to develop and sustain strategic relationships and networks
- Demonstrated success and passion in creating an environment
