Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Insurance Liaison in Tempe.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Researching, reviewing and effectively documenting benefits, eligibility, and authorization requirements within our system
- Providing outstanding customer service to all of our families over the phone
- Coordinating information between referring physicians, insurance companies and our own treatment clinics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- This position has the possibility of being a remote position but training will be at our headquarters in Tempe, AZ
- 1 - 2 years customer service or related experience
- Investigative, curious and problem solving mindset
- 1 - 2 years experience with computer software
- Strong organizational skills
