Job Summary
A medical device development company is in need of a Remote Insurance Liaison in Tempe.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing outstanding customer service to all of our families over the phone
- Accurately verifying benefits and eligibility to ensure our families can make an informed decision in regards to their cost associated with treatment
- Reviewing cost shares, co-payments and financial responsibilities with our patients families
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 – 2 years customer service or related experience
- Personable, warm, empathetic, and professional in communication style over the phone and with team members
- Investigative, curious and problem solving mindset
- 1 - 2 years experience with computer software
