Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Litigation and Large Loss Injury Specialist in Lynnwood.
Must be able to:
- Investigate and analyze coverage, determine liability, evaluate damages and supervise lawsuits
- Make decisions to serve and protect our policyholders and others involved in claims
- Provide exceptional customer service
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience as a claim adjuster including the supervision of lawsuits
- Career goals who want to grow and assume roles of greater responsibility within the company
- Solid negotiation skills
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of the court systems and applicable laws
