Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Insurance Membership Analyst II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Identifying complex reconciliation discrepancies, process refunds, request transfer of premiums, etc
• Processing new enrollment or eligibility changes, maintaining accurate and comprehensive notes
• Validating appropriate accounts receivable by conducting detailed reconciliation

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High School diploma or GED
• Associate degree or 2 years of recent experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• 1 year of experience as a Membership Specialist I or in a role with reconciliation experience
• Must have proficient skill using Excel, Word, and Windows-based applications
• Detail orientated
• Strong verbal and written communication
