Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Insurance Membership Analyst II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Identifying complex reconciliation discrepancies, process refunds, request transfer of premiums, etc
Processing new enrollment or eligibility changes, maintaining accurate and comprehensive notes
Validating appropriate accounts receivable by conducting detailed reconciliation

Skills and Requirements Include:

High School diploma or GED
Associate degree or 2 years of recent experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
1 year of experience as a Membership Specialist I or in a role with reconciliation experience
Must have proficient skill using Excel, Word, and Windows-based applications
Detail orientated
Strong verbal and written communication
