Remote Insurance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A business tolls platform is in need of a Remote Insurance Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing an internal dashboard of tasks to ensure our clients data are matching that of the carriers
• Becoming a subject matter expert in everything Insurance
• Iterating on the processes required to confirm data with the carrier

Position Requirements Include:

• 3-6+ years of experience in an operations, project management or an equivalent role
• Experience communicating directly with customers, and working with a US based company
• Experience working through a dashboard of tasks and organizing your day around these tasks
• Possess G-Suite Experience
• Familiarity working with product and engineering teams to root-cause product issues
