A call center services provider is in need of a Remote Insurance Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing hands-on team leadership, problem-solving, and coaching
  • Managing growth and overseeing call center insurance operation

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of insurance experience building and managing Property and Casualty and Life insurance programs
  • Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Experience managing complex business processes
