A call center services provider is in need of a Remote Insurance Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing hands-on team leadership, problem-solving, and coaching
- Managing growth and overseeing call center insurance operation
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of insurance experience building and managing Property and Casualty and Life insurance programs
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Experience managing complex business processes
