Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Operations Processor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing an excellent grasp of the Administrative Operations system and overall workflows
- Becoming well-acquainted with internal tools and technical processes
- Supporting the Administrative Ops team by identifying issues and presenting resolutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong quantitative analysis skills demonstrated through the use of Excel or Google Sheets
- 1+ years previous work experience in any of the following areas: data analytics, provider data, claims processing, broker commissions, eligibility and billing
- Able to take ownership of monitoring, tracking, and statusing the health of all work-in-progress issues
