- Monitoring auditor inventories
- Assigning work to ensure adequate workload
- Providing technical support
Position Requirements Include:
- 3 years’ experience as a phone auditor
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability rules
- Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing and e-mail
- Reliable daily phone access
- Reliable daily high speed internet access
